The location is poor, it is in the north of osaka, where for sightseeing there isnt much.

Location. Good access to major transportation system.

The cleaning girl in the morning knocked in all doors in the corridor. As we put the "do not disturb" sing in our door, she did not knock... but we could hear it from all the doors in the corridor.

Great location close to two train stations, including the one to the airport via the bullet train, and pretty close to the subway station. The hotel facilities were clean and convenient, including public bath and massage chairs. The breakfast was good and staff were friendly and helpful.

I found that some adult male staffs seem unfreindly. Small, old furnished room but it is still comfort.

Hotel staff friendly and speaking english well enough, nice room and a nice view (on the sky building at Osaka for me, but it should change from room to room). Clean room, large enough for japanese standard. In my room there was something like a chair, that is suppose to provide a kind of massage I think, free of charge, but did not tried it. Good prices. Did not try the breakfast, so no clue on what it is.

Location is 3 minutes walk from Minamigata subway station (which is one station far from shin-osaka), you have some shops nearby, but except that, nothing interesting. So do not plan to stay near to the hotel if you plan to do something.

The hotel is located in a quieter area, which was a pleasant surprise after a long day of sightseeing. There weren't too many people around after 8pm, creating a more peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently close to the subway station, making it easy to explore different parts of the city.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was satisfactory.

Room was a bit sloppy (water comin in through wall next to bathroom), breakfast price really confusing (one day 800 yen, the next day 1100 yen)

We booked an extra stay later in our trip to japan as we really liked this hotel. It was very accessible from Shin Osaka, one stop on subway. Subway(Nishikajima Minamigata) 5min walk from hotel Also very accessible for travelling over the whole of Osaka if using the subway(best way to get around in Osaka) and very near (5min walk) private train line (Hankyo Kyoto Line). The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent both Japanese and western buffet and booking via booking .com was cheaper than in the hotel itself. The communal bath/onsen was excellent. the 1st room we stayed in was a twin room and a bit crowded, too much furniture and a bit old but the 2nd time we stayed in a semi double much better.

ladies times for using the hot bath, we were always out. ( 17:30-20:30)

The staff was helpful and competent. The breakfast was good and had a mix of western and Asian foods. The location was convenient as it was only a short walk to the subway and there were plenty of nearby restaurants. Also, the room had a fridge and tea making facilities.

The room was small and cramped, with little space to move around and the bathroom was tiny. The décor looked outdated and there was a faint smell of cigarettes. Additionally, the WiFi was slow and unreliable. the hotel was average at best and not worth the price.

The room and the bathroom are very tiny (as it often happens in Japan), those in front to the railway can be a little bit noisy

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was excellent. The pricing was very reasonable and I was pleasantly surprised by the range of amenities that were included. They were clean, well-maintained, and had full bathroom facilities. I was fortunate enough to have a room with a nice view, which made my stay even more enjoyable. This made it a peaceful place to come back to after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel was also conveniently located close to the subway station, allowing for easy access to other parts of Osaka.

Everything I needed and no extra charge for things like safety deposit boxes, internet access, use of communal pool etc. Staff very helpful too. Difficult to find but worth it when you do. Hairdryers, kettles, trouser presses etc in rooms too
